Is it really completely free? What's the catch?
There's no catch. Hosting with no credit card, no automatic charge when it ends, and no ads on your website. The only requirement is a real domain (.com, .es, .org…). The hosting is free; the domain, if you don't already have one, has its own cost.
Why do I need a real domain for the free plan?
Because we believe your website deserves a real address from day one. While other free hosts give you something like 'yoursite.providername.com', we don't. Your project is hosted on your own .com, .es or other extension. If you don't have a domain yet, you can register one with us.
How long does the free hosting last?
6 months. You'll receive email notices before it expires. When the time comes you have two options: move to a paid plan and keep everything you've built, or cancel with no charge whatsoever.
Does free hosting include technical support?
The free plan doesn't include direct technical support. You have our knowledge base available for help with WordPress setup and basic configuration. Support with real technicians is included in paid plans.
