We’ll do everything possible to suspend the registration. But you need to understand that there is no guarantee of success. If we manage to stop the registration, that’ll be great — but if that’s not possible, the domain will be yours for the entire registered period, whether that’s one or more years.
As you’ll see in our refund policy, domains are excluded, since once a domain is registered it cannot be refunded.
If we ultimately aren’t able to stop the registration, we’re sorry about the situation, but you’ll need to register a new domain.
