• Accepting the program’s terms and conditions.
• In some cases, waiting for manual approval of your application.

2. Accepted Promotion Methods

To ensure the effectiveness of the program, each affiliate must inform us in advance of the promotion method they will use. At least one of the following channels is required:

• Blogs and websites with relevant content.
• YouTube channels and social media with appropriate audiences.
• Paid advertising (you must check with us before using this method, as it may be subject to restrictions).
• Email marketing (no spam or deceptive practices).

3. Prohibitions and Restrictions

To preserve the reputation and quality of the program, miHosting strictly prohibits the following practices:

• Using deceptive methods to attract customers.
• Offering financial incentives to potential customers for signing up.
• Using deceptive advertising or making false comparisons.
• Purchasing domains with names similar to the miHosting brand.

4. Payment Structure and Commission Conditions

Commissions will be calculated under the following conditions:

• Only one commission is paid per referred customer. Renewals or additional purchases by the same customer do not generate new commissions.
• The service that generated the commission must remain active for at least 6 months.
• The available payment method is PayPal.
• You must accumulate at least 100 USD in commissions before you can request a withdrawal.

5. Cookie and Tracking Policies

To track the conversions generated by each affiliate, miHosting uses cookies. The main features of this system are:

• Cookie duration: 30 days.
• Referral attribution: Attribution mechanisms will be established in the event of multiple referrals.

6. Legal and Tax Compliance

Depending on the affiliate’s country of residence, you may be required to:

• Issue invoices to receive commission payments.
• Declare income and pay taxes in accordance with local laws.
