I can't access the control panel
If you've followed all the instructions, the most likely cause is that the access port is blocked by your local firewall or your internet provider's firewall.
If you’ve followed all the instructions, then the most likely cause is that the access port is blocked by your local firewall or your internet provider’s firewall.
Each control panel uses a different port:
- cPanel: 2082
- Directadmin: 2222

This port may be closed for several reasons. Some of them are:
– You’re using a firewall that blocks the port
– You’re using a proxy connection that doesn’t allow browsing over port 2082
– Some antivirus programs may block this port.
– Your router is configured to close the port.
– Your internet provider has the port closed.
This problem is easy to fix — all you have to do is reopen the port for browsing and access to the control panel will be restored immediately.
The second reason you may not be able to access the control panel is that your domain name is not pointing to our servers.
This happens when DNS changes haven’t taken effect yet or are very recent.
