How many users can I add to my Nextcloud?
Unlimited users on every plan. The limit is set by the storage space you contract and the number of simultaneous connections, not by how many people you add.
What's the difference with Google Drive or Dropbox?
Nextcloud is a platform we install exclusively for you on European servers. Unlike Google Drive or Dropbox, your data isn't processed or stored in data centers outside the EU, and you decide the retention and access rules, not a third party.
Do you manage updates and security?
Yes. We take care of installing, updating and protecting your Nextcloud instance. You and your team just need to use it, like any other cloud service.
Can I use my own domain to access Nextcloud?
Yes. Every plan includes several custom subdomains (for example cloud.yourcompany.com) via CNAME configuration, with SSL certificate included.
What collaboration apps does it include?
Contacts, Calendar and Tasks come pre-installed. From the Nextcloud Appstore you can add collaborative document editing, video calls and many other apps whenever you need them.
How do backups of my Nextcloud work?
We take automatic backups several times a day, stored on separate machines from the main server, with nothing for you to configure.
Can I migrate the files I already have in Google Drive or Dropbox?
Yes. We can help you with the initial migration of your existing files to your new Nextcloud instance.
